Pricing & Payment Terms

All pricing is provided upfront through estimates or service agreements. Residential and small business services are due upon completion via the payment method on file. Commercial and property management partners are billed Net 30. A 3% processing fee applies to credit/debit card payments. Late fees and deposits are applied in accordance with our Invoice & Payment Terms.

Scheduling & Service Requests

We do not offer online booking through this website. Services must be requested by phone, email, or approved estimate. Recurring services are scheduled and managed through our proprietary routing software, which optimizes routes and assigns service days. Service dates may vary due to weather, safety conditions, or route efficiency.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including our name, logo, branding, photos, text, and designs—is the property of Gulf Coast Grass Guys LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Gulf Coast Grass Guys is not responsible for damage to items left in service areas or to sprinkler heads that are not properly retracted below the deck line. Services are performed using standard professional practices and equipment.
